It was quite windy the day I visited, making it a challenge eating outside, but the patio was so inviting with a beautiful Ivy covered pergola that I didn't want to sit inside! I only wish I had thought to take a picture! The service was fast and friendly! The food was good, with decent prices. I would definitely stop there again!

We were in town visiting some friends who suggested smugglers wharf. Admittedly I thought it would be kitschy due to the name, but I was proven wrong. Eat outside if you can, the atmosphere on the deck is amazing. The food is really good, they use fresh ingredients. My lobster roll was packed with lobster and not with junk filler. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Parking wasn't difficult either. The only downside to this place is the laughably small bathrooms.

Food was great and delicious. Plenty of it too. Only bad thing was the waiting staff. It took 30 minutes for someone to wait on us. Grant you it was busy, but we had to get up and ask for a waitress. Once that she got there it was fine after that. If we didn't have to wait so long I would have given a 5 star.

The menu is very seafood heavy which is to be expected considering the location. We ate in the inside dining room which is quaint, but clean and well kept. I had the catfish sandwich which was FANTASTIC with the jelly they provide. The servers were kind and we were seated within a reasonable amount of time.

The setting was scenic, the food was decent, just not in any ways amazing. We got the yellow trout and pretzel crusted chicken. It was 54 for our dinner, 1 entree, 1 beer, 1 $9 special, fries and a crab cake. Our service was excellent, the food just wasn't anything to write home about. And for that price, I might wish I would want to include it in a letter
